The Roma Motel is a friendly and affordable motel, conveniently located on the Warrego Hwy. Taking up a whole block between Lewis and Edwards Street. We are all truck/bus friendly parking around the Motel is walking distance to the post office, Big Rig Information Centre, shops and hotels.
How to find us
Driving from Brisbane
Head towards Toowoomba and stay on the Warrego Highway which will bring you into Roma. We are the third Motel on the Right hand side, we take up the whole block and have a big green Roma Motel sign on the fence. The Warrego also has a name change to Bowen Street, within the town limits. If you see the Caltex Service Station on your left you have gone too far. We are just back on the right hand side.
Driving from Mount Isa/Charleville
Follow the Warrego Hwy into Roma, turn right at the KFC and head towards Brisbane. We are on the left hand side about six blocks down. The Caltex Service Station is on your right and we are on your left just past the Service Station. Taking up a whole block with the Big Roma Motel sign with the Pink Galah on it.
Driving from Townsville/Emerald
Traveling in on the Carnarvon Hwy, will bring right into Roma, turn left at KFC and head towards Brisbane. We are on the left hand side about six blocks down. The Caltex Service Station is on your right and we are on your left just past the service station. Taking up a whole block with the Big Roma Motel sign with the Pink Galah on it.
